Jason & Lorraine teach you how to put meat in the freezer. This hands on workshop is open to a small group. You will learn how to turn a live pasture raised organic fed broiler chicken into a packaged product for the freezer.

When: Saturday June 13, 2026
Where: Western North Carolina (an hour east of Asheville)
